The purpose of this community service is to develop collaborative edupreneurship management at Patnaewitya School Yala-Thailand as an effort to increase school independence and empower the minority Muslim community. Departing from the background of problems in the form of limited funds, weak entrepreneurial management, and lack of external support experienced by schools, innovative strategies are needed to maintain the sustainability of education. The research method uses a qualitative approach with the Participatory Action Research (PAR) model, which involves teachers, students, parents, and the community in every stage of diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the study showed significant positive changes, including increasing school financial independence through simple business units, increasing students' practical skills in production, management, and marketing, and strengthening social networks between schools and communities. The main supporting factors include collective spirit, Islamic values, and community solidarity, while obstacles encountered are limited capital, resistance of some parents and students, and time management problems. The conclusion of this study confirms that collaboration-based edupreneurship is not only a solution to financial limitations, but also a transformative instrument that is able to integrate education, cultural identity strengthening, and socio-economic development in Muslim minority communities.
