UPAYA GURU PAI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA AL-QURAN SISWA DI SDN 01 PUCUNG KIDUL BOYOLANGU

This study aims to examine the efforts of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in improving students' ability to read the Quran at SDN 01 Pucung Kidul Boyolangu. It is motivated by the low ability to read the Quran in students, especially in recognizing hijaiyah letters, connecting letters, and understanding basic tajweed. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation of PAI teachers and students, and carried out directly in the school environment to obtain a thorough understanding. The results showed that PAI teachers have initiated several programs, including 1) a routine recitation tutoring program every Wednesday as well as plans for tahsin and tahfidz programs before class time begins. 2) Supporting factors for the success of the program include the existence of non-formal educational institutions such as TPQ and afternoon madrasa, active involvement of student guardians, and teacher commitment in guiding students patiently and continuously. The obstacles faced include limited facilities, lack of family support, and low student motivation towards religious education. In conclusion, the efforts of PAI teachers in improving the ability to read the Quran are not only technically proven in pronunciation and tajweed, but also have an impact on the formation of students' religious character. This reflects the strategic role of PAI teachers in instilling Islamic values from an early age.

ANALISA PROGAM, KENDALA DAN PROSPEK WAKAF PADA PENGELOLAAN WAKAF DI BADAN WAKAF INDONESIA (BWI) TULUNGAGUNG

This study aims to analyze the programs, challenges, and prospects of waqf management by the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI) in Tulungagung Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with an exploratory method, data were collected through interviews, literature review, and documentation. The findings show that waqf management in Tulungagung still centers on land waqf and administrative matters, especially changes in nazhir status. Cash waqf and stock-based waqf have not been managed directly but have been promoted through socialization and the provision of digital transaction tools via barcode systems in PTSP offices. Major challenges include low waqf literacy among the public, limited human resources, and suboptimal legal documentation of waqf assets. However, productive waqf initiatives, such as agricultural land management by legal nazhir, show promising potential. The prospects for waqf development in Tulungagung are positive, provided that human resource capacity is enhanced, digital systems are implemented, regulatory support is strengthened, and nazhir training is expanded inclusively.

ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS KEBIJAKAN REGULASI DALAM PENERAPAN PRINSIP SYARIAH DI BMT MUAMALAH TULUNGAGUNG

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas implementasi prinsip syariah di BMT Muamalah Tulungagung dalam konteks regulasi yang ada. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan wawancara mendalam, ditemukan bahwa BMT berperan penting dalam sistem ekonomi yang adil dan inklusif. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga berusaha untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai tantangan dan peluang yang muncul dalam pengembangan pembiayaan mikro berbasis syariah. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa BMT Muamalah secara konsisten menjalankan prinsip syariah, yang terlihat dari kesesuaian dengan fatwa DSN-MUI serta pengawasan aktif yang dilakukan oleh Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS). Pilihan model close loop menjadi strategi kelembagaan yang relevan dengan kondisi dan orientasi sosial-keagamaan lembaga. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi mencakup rendahnya literasi keuangan syariah, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, dan dinamika regulasi. Sementara itu, peluang besar hadir melalui transformasi digital, kolaborasi lintas lembaga, serta dukungan regulasi nasional yang semakin inklusif terhadap sektor keuangan syariah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan literasi masyarakat, digitalisasi layanan, dan strategi penguatan internal sebagai langkah strategis untuk menjadikan BMT sebagai pilar utama ekonomi syariah di tingkat komunitas.

IMPLEMENTASI ETIKA BISNIS ISLAM DALAM PERSAINGAN USAHA ANGKRINGAN DI KAWASAN JEMBATAN NGUJANG 2 TULUNGAGUNG (STUDI KASUS DI ANGKRINGAN MUDJUR)

The high unemployment rate, caused by the difficulty in finding work, has forced society to become creative in order to maintain an income. One solution that can be pursued is small and medium-sized business enterprises (SMEs). One of the familiar types of business is the "angkringan" business. This business can be run by anyone, even with a small capital. Due to its simplicity, the level of competition is also high. One of the successful angkringan businesses is Angkringan Mudjur, located in the Ngujang 2 Bridge area, Tulungagung. The author is interested in understanding the competitive strategies implemented and whether they align with Islamic business ethics. This research employs a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The results of the study show that the competitive strategies consist of five aspects. First, product, by providing a wider variety of menu options than competitors. Second, pricing, by committing to set prices according to the market. Third, location, by offering an aesthetic concept for photo opportunities and content creation. Fourth, service, by recruiting young employees to eliminate the impression that angkringan is only for older individuals. Fifth, promotion, by utilizing social media to align with current trends. This business has also implemented seven aspects of Islamic business ethics principles. First, the aspect of Tawhid by providing a place of worship (mosque). Second, the aspect of knowledge by entrusting each part of the business to experts. Third, the aspect of justice by not discriminating against customers. Fourth, the aspect of responsibility by accepting and addressing all complaints. Fifth, the aspect of freedom by running the business according to one's wishes while not violating Islamic law. Sixth, the aspect of goodness by always striving to offer the best in all aspects. And seventh, the aspect of halal and haram by being selective in each operational process. Angkringan Mudjur has successfully applied the principles of Islamic business ethics and competes healthily. This is further strengthened by its freedom from prohibited activities such as usury, gambling, uncertainty, fraud, and hoarding.

MENANGGULANGI PENIPUAN DALAM TRANSAKSI JUAL BELI ONLINE

The development of information technology in the digital era has driven the growth of online buying and selling transactions in Indonesia. How ever, this progress has also led to various forms of digital fraud that harm consumers. This study aims to analyze the types of fraud in online transactions and examine the effectiveness of legal enforcement and consumer protection through a literature review approach. Based on an analysis of several legal regulations, such as Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, Law No. 11 of 2008 in conjunction with Law No. 19 of 2016 on Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE), and Article 378 of the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP), it was found that although regulations are in place, there are still various obstacles in their implementation. These include low levels of digital literacy among the public, limited law enforcement tools, and ambiguities in certain articles of the ITE Law. This study recommends improving consumer education, refining digital regulations, and strengthening inter-agency synergy in combating online fraud.
