<p><em>Character education is one aspect of Islamic Religious Education learning in Indonesia. Especially in the context of basic education. In the era of globalization and rapid technological developments, the moral and ethical challenges faced by the younger generation are increasingly complex. This study is how character education is taught to students of SD Negeri 1 Sangrahan. The study uses qualitative research. The method used by researchers is with the five senses of sight. And conducting a. This observation was carried out in the daily activities of researchers at SD Negeri 1 Sangrahan. During the observation, the researcher was able to conclude that students play a very important role in character in Islamic Religious Education learning. b. The interview researcher is an Islamic religious education teacher. The researcher also conducted documentation. Character education in Islamic Religious Education learning is not only taught theoretically, but also applied in daily practice. Students are invited to apply the values they have learned in their interactions with friends, teachers, and the surrounding environment. <p><em>The development of students' character is one of the primary objectives of education in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). In this context, the Hadith Arba’in Nawawi holds significant potential as a medium for character education due to its rich content of fundamental Islamic moral and ethical values. This study aims to examine the implementation of Hadith Arba’in Nawawi as a teaching material at Pondok Modern Muhammadiyah Markaz Qur’ani Kediri, focusing on how the hadiths contribute to character development among students, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors that influence the effectiveness of the learning process.</em></p> <p><em>This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Thematic analysis was conducted to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the implementation and impact of Hadith Arba’in Nawawi learning on students’ behavior and moral development.</em></p> <p><em>The findings reveal that the character enhancement method through Hadith Arba’in Nawawi learning emphasizes not only memorization, but also deep understanding and practical application in daily life. Core values such as discipline, honesty, responsibility, and respect for others are the central focus instilled through this learning model. Supporting factors for the program’s success include the religious environment of the pesantren, consistent role modeling by the ustadz, and a well-structured daily routine. Conversely, challenges stem from the students’ diverse backgrounds, fluctuating learning motivation, and limited access to interactive learning media. Nevertheless, the Hadith Arba’in Nawawi learning remains effective in fostering sustainable character development.</em></p> <p><em>This study offers a meaningful contribution to the advancement of Islamic values-based character education and can serve as a valuable reference for educational institutions in designing applicable and contextually relevant religious learning strategies.</em></p>Janan NabilaSuripto Suripto

<p>This study explores the use of gamification media in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in the digital era at MI Modern SAKTI Permatahati IBU Tulungagung. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving PAI teachers and students across all grade levels. The study found that the implementation of gamified learning—such as using points, levels, and interactive tasks—enhanced students' engagement, motivation, and understanding of Islamic values. The gamified activities were tailored to the characteristics of each grade, offering varied methods such as quizzes, simulations, storytelling, and virtual challenges. However, the evaluation showed that while group performance was strong, only 70% of students achieved individual mastery, indicating the need for refinement in personalized learning strategies. <p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam mengembangkan kemampuan belajar siswa di SDN 1 Pucungkidul Boyolangu Tulungagung. Latar belakangnya adalah rendahnya minat siswa terhadap pelajaran PAI dan terbatasnya penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan kontekstual. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa guru menerapkan strategi seperti pendekatan emosional, diskusi kelompok, permainan edukatif, dan pemberian motivasi. Strategi tersebut mampu meningkatkan partisipasi dan pemahaman siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI serta mendorong pengamalan nilai agama. Faktor keberhasilan strategi meliputi kompetensi guru, lingkungan belajar, dukungan orang tua, dan minat siswa. Penelitian ini terbatas pada satu sekolah dan belum mencakup pengamatan jangka panjang. <p><em>Kemampuan literasi Al-Qur’an merupakan bagian penting dalam pendidikan agama Islam, khususnya di sekolah dasar Islam terpadu. Namun, kenyataannya masih banyak siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi Al-Qur’an siswa di SD IT Nurul Fikri Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan literasi Al-Qur’an dilakukan melalui pembelajaran terstruktur dalam kelas TPQ dan PAI, dengan pengelompokan siswa berdasarkan level kemampuan baca. Guru menggunakan metode baca-tiru, strategi pengulangan, dan komunikasi aktif dengan orang tua. Kendala utama berupa jumlah siswa yang besar dan rendahnya keterlibatan orang tua dapat diatasi dengan strategi fleksibel dan pendekatan personal. <p>This study aims to thoroughly describe the implementation of the talaqqi method in Qur’anic reading instruction at SD Negeri 1 Pucungkidul Boyolangu Tulungagung. The Talaqqi method, rooted in classical Islamic educational tradition, is applied in an extracurricular context to improve elementary students’ foundational Qur’anic reading skills. The results indicate that the implementation of the Talaqqi method follows four key stages: preparation, material delivery, practice, and evaluation. Each stage plays an essential role in creating a structured and goal-oriented learning process. In terms of effectiveness, the Talaqqi method significantly improves students’ pronunciation, tajwid accuracy, and fluency in reading the Qur’an. Nevertheless, the implementation faces several challenges, such as a limited number of qualified teachers, insufficient learning media, and varying levels of student motivation. Key supporting factors include teacher competence, student enthusiasm, parental involvement, and a conducive learning environment. The success level of the talaqqi method is considered high, based on periodic evaluations and noticeable improvements in students’ reading abilities. This research contributes significantly to the development of Qur’anic learning in public elementary schools, which have traditionally lacked structured Islamic pedagogical methods. <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This study aims to analyze the role of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2011 in encouraging the economic empowerment of mustahik through the productive zakat program at BAZNAS Tulungagung. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and case study method, this study explores how the regulation is implemented and its impact on the economic independence of mustahik. The results of the study indicate that this regulation not only functions as a normative basis, but also as an operational framework in designing a productive zakat program. The programs implemented include assistance with business tools, training, and business mentoring, which significantly help improve the welfare of mustahik. However, challenges such as limited understanding of mustahik regarding the contents of the regulation and mustahik's readiness are still obstacles. <p>This study aims to examine the relevance of Basarab Nicolescu’s transdisciplinary approach to the development of Islamic scientific integration and its application in Islamic higher education. The approach seeks to bridge the dichotomy between religious and secular sciences by emphasizing the unity of reality, the logic of the included middle, and the complexity of knowledge. This research employs a qualitative method with a transdisciplinary philosophical design through library research and hermeneutical analysis of the works of Nicolescu and M. Amin Abdullah. The findings reveal that the three core principles of Nicolescu’s theory—Levels of Reality, Logic of the Included Middle, and Complexity and Unity of Knowledge—are epistemologically compatible with the Islamic scientific paradigm grounded in tawhid. The synthesis between Nicolescu’s framework and Amin Abdullah’s Integration-Interconnection concept results in a new conceptual model termed the Transdisciplinary Scientific Integration Model (IKT-Model). This model integrates epistemological, methodological, and axiological dimensions to construct a holistic, dialogical, and value-oriented system of knowledge.
